The website www.massproductions.se is owned by Massproductions Europe AB (“Massproductions”), Högbergsgatan 27, 116 20 Stockholm, Sweden.+46 (0)8 789 03 90, firstname.lastname@example.org. Massproductions is a company registered in Sweden under the organisation number 556625-7019.
These terms and conditions apply to private consumers’ purchase of goods in Massproductions’ webshop. If you wish to shop on behalf of a business, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. If you place an order in the webshop on behalf of a business within the EU, you are responsible for claiming the VAT.
Promotions cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated on our website. Discounts are time bound and promotional codes are restricted to one order per customer, a limited time, limited product range.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
This Warranty is only valid for products purchased the Massproductions web-shop, www.massproductions.se.
Massproductions warrants to the original purchaser that standard products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of original invoice. For furniture intended for outdoor use, the warranty is limited to 2 years with the exception of our Tio Collection in Hot Dip Galvanized finish where we offer a 10 year warranty. For fabrics and leathers the offered warranty period is 1 year. For special product variations the warranty period is 1 year.
The warranty covers repairs or replacements of Products as set forth herein within Europe only, and does not cover regular, non-defective returns of the Products. The Products that are returned within our 14-day return period are processed separately and in accordance with our Return Policy (see below).
Before submitting a claim, please carefully review the terms and conditions below. Original Purchasers must notify Massproductions in writing of any claims within the warranty period from the date of delivery and within 2 months of discovering the reason of the claim. Please file your claim to Massproductions bu sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receiving notification of a claim, Massproductions will respond to you within 1 week. All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Massproductions representative. Massproductions reserves the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by the Warranty, at our sole discretion. Massproductions shall, upon prompt written notice, decide if the product should be repaired or replaced. The warranty only covers materials and no other costs associated with replacing faulty products.
Massproductions warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, customer’s fabric, customer’s own or other third-party materials, effects of extreme temperature or unusual environmental conditions, changes in surface finishes due to ageing or exposure to light. Furniture intended for outdoor use should not be exposed to temperatures below zero degrees Celsius (°C). Natural variations in wood, leather, stone or other natural materials are not considered to be defects. Natural air bubbles can occur in handblown glass products, this is not considered a defect and cannot be claimed. Solid wood can move slightly caused by humidity, resulting in a stripy effect on products such as the Albert Collection, Draft Collection, Puddle Collection. This is not considered a defect and cannot be claimed. No responsibility will be accepted for misuse of products, neither does the company’s responsibility extend to any damage caused by inadequate maintenance or faulty assembly on the part of the purchaser and the direct or indirect consequences thereof.
Damaged Products & Claims
If the product has been damaged during transport or is faulty, you have the possibility to claim it.
To submit a claim due to a damaged or faulty product please contact our customers support team at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will help you claim a product.
- For damages which have occurred during transport, the following conditions apply:
Evident damages on goods and/or packaging must be documented with a written note on the freight bill, with the signature of the driver. Product damages must immediately be reported to Massproductions in writing. Evident transport damages must be reported according to this routine in order for a claim to be accepted.
- Concealed damages which cannot be assumed to have been evident at goods reception, or damages not evident due to large goods volumes received, shall be reported to Massproductions in writing immediately after discovery, but not later than 6 days after receipt of the goods.
All damages according to 1. and 2. should be documented with photos in order to facilitate the handling of the claim. Please hold on to any packaging, and products while we review your claim.
M Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you might make a return within 14 days of confirmation of delivery. The return of products must be in original condition, including original packaging. Massproductions reserves the right to decline a return if the product has not been returned in its original packaging or it has been packaged in a different way than received, the product has been damaged by the customer or by improper packaging, and/or components are missing. The customer is responsible to cover any shipping charges connected to the return of the product to our warehouse in Poland. This also applies to orders that were returned to us because of failed delivery attempts to a customer, the refund in this case would be processed as the paid sum minus the shipping costs.

Currently, Massproductions does not offer exchanges. In order to exchange a product, you will have to return a product in accordance with our Return Policy, and place a new order instead.
Order Change Policy
If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible. As we strive to ship your goods to you as soon as possible, we estimate that the time from order placement to shipment is about 2 – 3 business days, therefore the window for changes is rather small, and if your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.
Massproductions reserves the right to make changes to your order or cancel it completely. This may be due to errors, stock availability, or inability to produce a certain product.
As of now, Massproductions delivers products purchased through the www.massproductions.se website to the entire European Union, as well as the UK. The cost for transport is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery to non-bridged islands may be subject to an additional freight fee and such fee will not appear on your order confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you directly with a revised freight quotation and ask you to reconfirm your order.
When ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, we do not collect VAT; however, import duties and/or taxes according to national laws may be levied when the package arrive at the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost imposed on your order. You are responsible for paying all the associated import costs to the chosen country.
The information provided at checkout is used for scheduling the delivery. Please make sure that this information is correct when checking out to avoid any unnecessary delays and issues.
If you would like to place an order from another country than the countries mentioned above please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to help you out.
When ordering furniture or larger goods, they will be shipped with a special courier to your delivery address during weekdays between 8am – 16pm. You will be contacted directly regarding the time of delivery so that you can make sure to be present at the address upon delivery. If you happen not to be present at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, please contact us directly for further assistance.
Massproductions uses LGT or Gefco as preferred speditor. The products will be delivered to the curb, and if this is not possible then as close to your delivery address as possible. You are responsible for getting the delivery from the curb into your home. This service does not include removal of any packaging materials nor pallets.
Delivery time is estimated and differs based on your location, but once the goods are dispatched, the delivery takes about a week. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. The time between an order placement of products marked “in stock”, and shipment of your order, is about 2-3 business days, unless you have specified a different delivery date. In the event of an unforeseen delay in production we aim to inform you about this in good time before the originally scheduled dispatch date.
Missing and Stolen packages
If your order is missing, or shows a successful delivery but you have not received the goods, please contact our support team at email@example.com. Please note that Massproductions does not take responsibility for an order that shows as successful delivery.
Here at Massproductions we take your privacy seriously. All information that we receive from you will be handled with care and respect and in line with the GDPR legislation that is in effect since 25/05/2018. This statement clarifies what kind of personal information we receive and how we handle this information.
Your rights to processing of personal data
You have the right to request Massproductions to stop processing your data for updates and news at any time, as well as change or erase all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulation.
