Since 2015, Zurich-based food company Roots has been focusing on plant-based gastronomy in a modernist setting – without moralistic finger-pointing. The focus is on healthy dishes prepared fresh daily. For their newest location in the oldtown of Zurich, they worked closely together with Specific Generic, using Massproductions Design classics.
